Our business commenced in 1980, under the name and style of “Hanlak & Company Limited” and subsequently under the name of “Field Construction (Pvt) Ltd.”, from May 1996, which company continues to serve our country up-to-date.

The history of our Construction Business commenced as early as 1980 and continued to flourish. The hallmark of our construction business is Customer Satisfaction with Proper Documentation, Timely Completion, Quality Workmanship and Finishes for which we have been highly commended by the National Construction Contractors Association of Sri Lanka and have been awarded Certificate of Achievement.

During the span of 40 years, in this field of trade we have won the heart and confidence of reputed Chartered Architects and Engineers, whom we have had to work with, as well as the Clients. We have now graded as C3 Contractor by CIDA Sri Lanka and obtained ISO9001. We are proud to state that with our well experienced staff and workers, we have executed several works such as Multi Storied Administration Buildings, Super Luxury Houses, Large Interior Design and Build Projects for Government and Private Offices, Show Rooms, Bungalows for Wild Life Department at Yala/Wilpattu Sanctuary and many other new building construction for the State and Private sector.
